In my role as an organizational advisor, I like to solve complex strategic organizational issues together with the people involved. I help ensure that a strategy is truly implemented. I always pay attention to a good coherence between organizational behavior, leadership, governance, and processes.

In addition to my role as an organizational advisor, I also greatly enjoy guiding people individually as a coach or as a team facilitator to further develop their (personal) leadership.

I am a true generalist. I have broad experience in change management gained as a manager, program manager, and advisor in various organizations and sectors. I also have in-depth experience within HR with a focus on leadership development and organizational change and I am a trained coach.
